We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ivan the host, was there to meet us, was so accomodating and nothing was ever too much. The views were breathtaking and it was home away from home. Very comfortable and central to everything. Thank you to the team.

We had a great stay at "A Whale of Time"! The owner was very kind and provided us with all inforamtion needed and even more about the area, points of interest and resterants. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need including a Nespress machine :-) The staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily.

We had a lovely stay at a Whale of a Time. The apartment is spacious, clean and well located. The view is amazing. Ivan, the host, is friendly and helpful. We will return some time in Summer to fully enjoy what the property has to offer.

The name of this lodge says it all! You will have a whale of a time! Impeccable accommodation, terrific host, but the spectacular view of the ocean makes this a unique place to recharge after a long day of sightseeing.

Ivan & Angie are perfect hosts. The accommodation is exactly as describe - so light and bright with fabulous views -,and the in-house servicing team are first rate. All fittings and fixtures of high quality and a deliriously comfortable bed, Beluga apartment has great access from the street with no stairs!! Hooray!!!! Private parking is a real bonus but when all units are fully occupied it might be a bit of a squeeze. That said, we thoroughly recommend this rental and cannot wait to return.

Lovely view over the bay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was well-equipped and comfortable and quite spacious. Parking limited but we found a space each time after advice from staff. Host very helpful in suggesting places and events to visit.

An absolutely lovely apartment just outside Fish Hoek. Extremely comfortable and cosy, with all the equipment needed for self catering. Super balcony, too - looking directly out to the bay. Delightful staff- maintaining the apartment. Perfect!
