Very good accommodation! Good location and best price!

I had a wonderful stay here! The environment is very comfortable, and there’s a super cute cat that made my day. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, and the staff even helped carry my luggage to a spot where I could easily get a taxi. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

Breakfast was delicious

Located in finikia, a small hamlet about 10 minutes from Oia, the lotza studios is an excellent solution for both young couples and families who want to stay in a quiet place but not too far from the main attractions of the island. The service and welcome were impeccable. Abundant and varied breakfast in the room, shared swimming pool and the small terrace where you can relax were the real gem of the apartment. The only negative note is the excessive humidity perceived inside the room (due to the fact that it is located inside a traditional cave). I recommend installing a powerful dehumidifier that can solve this minor inconvenience. The rest of the experience was more than positive.

amazing place! very nice hosts which helped us from a very first minute, met us at the parking and took to the apartment which was beautiful, breakfast served at desired time at the terrace. nice hot tub and pool area. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood, with 2 great restaurant very close and around 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Oia. We would definitely we back and truly recommend this place

Be careful! The room is not safe, after cleaning, our money disappeared from the locked room! We reported it to the police! We rated the accommodation on Google, after reading this the lady owner started shouting at us in front of everyone. It is interesting that since then nearly 40 people visited her in 1 day and only gave 5 stars... All this so that she would have a good review...

We just want to thank Vasilis and his Amazing team at Lotza Studios in Santorini. The accommodation was Amazing in a small typical Greek village north of the island and just minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort Oia we’re people chase the Amazing Santorini sunset.Our Villa was spotlessly cleaned daily including shower and pool towels if needed.We were delivered a fantastic traditional Greek breakfast every morning and some nice chocolate croissants for our 2 kids. We would highly recommend Lotza Studios both for the attention to detail,cleanliness and customer service nothing was a problem and they couldn’t do enough for our family. Thank You Lotza Studios

Just a few minutes walk from Oia, our stay was simply perfect. The apartment, on two floors, in perfect Greek style, was very clean, spacious and equipped with a private hot tub. There is also a shared pool, which, however, we used practically only for the whole afternoon. The service was also truly remarkable. Highly recommended to those who want to stay a stone's throw from the very famous Oia without spending a fortune.

Everything perfect! Location: Finikia is a town located 5 minutes walk from Oia. It is also very charming with little white houses and has 3 delicious and much more affordable restaurants. We took a suite with a jacuzzi. It had a sea view, but as it's not in Oia it didn't have the famous view of the Caldera (which is on the other side of the island). At first we were a little disappointed (as we hadn't really understood the view issue), but then we found it much more advantageous for those who like to enjoy the jacuzzi in privacy. In Oia it is practically impossible to have a jacuzzi on the balcony without people constantly passing by or watching from the street above. Jacuzzi: the water in the jacuzzi was hot 24 hours a day! All you had to do was arrive and enter. To make bubbles you have to keep pressing a button, which lasts about a minute and you have to press it again. Breakfast: every day the staff brought breakfast to our balcony, which included bread, sandwiches, eggs, Greek yogurt, fruit butter, jam, honey, orange juice and coffee. There were small variations from one day to the next. It was really nice to be able to wake up and go out in the sun to have coffee for two in romance mode. Service: we were very well attended to, a special mention for Vasilis. As soon as we arrived, he gave us his WhatsApp in case we needed anything. At around 10:30 pm we realized that there was no glass of champagne in the room and we sent a message to Vasilis. I didn't think he would respond because of the time, but half an hour later he appeared with a bucket, ice and glasses. Impeccable service! Furthermore, the room is cleaned every day and everything is very clean. The room has facilities such as an iron, hairdryer and minibar, as well as air conditioning. We left with a pain in our hearts that we had to return, the stay was perfect and we could have stayed there for much longer!

The studios, very beautiful, comfortable with a four-poster bed and in typical Cycladic style, are located in the charming village of Finikia, about a quarter of an hour's walk from the wonderful Oia. There are also some excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast, served on the terrace, and the swimming pool with jacuzzi available to guests are appreciable. Very kind and helpful Vassilis and his colleague in giving directions and organizing transfers.

Excellent experience with Lotza Studios, highly recommended. Excellent service, Vasilis was very friendly, gave us very good recommendations and was always available. It is a very short distance from Oía, which was a very good choice. The apartment was luxurious, the entire area is beautiful, we will definitely return and I hope more time, Thank you very much, you made our stay in Santorini unforgettable

Magical stay! We arrived in Santorini with a delayed flight! Vasilis takes care of everything. For transfers, excursions, very attentive and smiling host. The same goes for the staff. Tasty and hearty breakfasts are served on the terrace. Very clean rental. Housekeeping done every day. Toilet and bath towels are provided. Jacuzzi with very nice sea view. No complaints. We will definitely come back with friends.
