This hotel is definitely five stars! We have stayed here several times and have never had a bad experience here. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are great! Definitely recommend these accommodations!

No trash bags in the trash cans and no map of hotel property i had trouble finding the laundry room area no paper plates for the breakfast wasn't able to get morning food cause no utensils for to go food

The hotel and room was very clean and well cared for. The evening social hour and food was very good with much to choose from. We also found the breakfast to be very good with many food options. The staff was very friendly. We were very happy with our stay in this hotel and found it be very convenient located, clean, and very nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are great, very comfortable. Had a good night's sleep. The lines at breakfast moved very fast. There were several staff that continued felling up food so you didn't go without. They came around to pick up empty plates. They asked if we needed anything. Very enjoyable meals.

Would have given this a top score rating except for the bed. When one of us moved the other was bounced like on a trampoline. Maybe it was only that one mattress or location but from now on we will get a double room. Otherwise everything else was fantastic-the cleanliness, the food and drinks and the staff. It is a wonderful value.

In years past, there was another hotel chain that we always felt comfortable going to because they were consistently good. That is not the case for me anymore, but Drury has stepped up and taken the lead in my mind. We find they are consistently good from city to city and I can book a night at a Drury and feel confident. This Drury in Findlay, Ohio was another good choice. They offer the Kickback light dinner but there are other eateries nearby if you prefer. Another thing Drury usually does well is that they read my requests from my reservation and they honor it. Findlay Drury did this, too. When you feel appreciated, you will want to be their customer again.

The staff was super courteous. The breakfast and the evening dining was great, and my daughter loved the pool. The bed and room are very comfortable and clean.
