Villa Casagrande is a fantastic property. I discovered it in December of 2023 and I had to return. Our trip this time was part of a group tour and we then my husband and I extended our stay an additional week. I planned to be there during Easter to see the Flag Performance and period costumes. Remarkable experience.

Where do we start? The experience genuinely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we were greeted by a very friendly professional staff( especially Jonas), to our check out experience… which was smooth, and nice. The rooms have a lot of character, so does the hotel. The room are clean, and spacious which made the experience even nicer. They have a lovely back garden. I also really recommend the cooking class with Anna, it is a very nice bonding experience, and a lovely meal at the end. Anna was a typical italian nonna, with a lot of experience in many different things, like wine, olive oil and even soap. Cant wait to be back

E' la seconda volta che siamo ospiti della Villa Casagrande. L'accoglienza e la gentilezza alla reception, la comodità l'eleganza e la pulizia della family room ci hanno nuovamente deliziato. L'esperienza del wine and oil tasting con la sig.ra Anna è stat un'esperienza indimenticabile per la preparazione e l'esperienza della sommelier. Abbiamo respirato l'atmosfera di Storia e Arte secolari con la visita guidata al museo e alle cantina della Villa. I due ristoranti ci hanno viziato la sera con piatti delizioso e gustosi e la mattina la colazione era buona e abbondante sia di piatti dolci che salati. La piscina gratuita ha reso l'ultima mattina prima della partenza un tocco di relax in più. Il personale tutto è professionale, competente e gentile. This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Casagrande. The warm welcome and kindness at the reception, along with the comfort, elegance, and cleanliness of the family room, have delighted us once again. The wine and oil tasting experience with Mrs. Anna was unforgettable, thanks to her preparation and expertise as a sommelier. We experienced the atmosphere of centuries of History and Art during the guided tour of the villa’s museum and wine cellars. The two restaurants spoiled us in the evening with delicious and flavourful dishes, and in the morning the breakfast was good and plentiful, offering both sweet and savoury options. The complimentary pool added an extra touch of relaxation to our last morning before departure. All the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and kind.

A picturesque place with a beautiful garden and great service. The hotel also provides the use of a free swimming pool, sufficient for relaxation. I can fully recommend this place. When I plan my next business trip to Valdarno, I will definitely use the services of this place.

Staff is amazing. Hotel is beautiful and so close to the Centro. Rooms comfortable. Figline Valdarno is a cute little town with a lot to offer.

From beginning to end Villa Casagrande provided an excellent experience. I would recommend to anyone visiting the Tuscany area to stay here. Beautiful rooms, grounds and amenities! Very special and top notch at a great price! Breakfast buffet was a truly awesome start to each day!

The hotel itself is stunning, really elegant and well-maintained. However, the overall experience did not fully meet expectations, especially considering the high price for just one night. Included services are quite limited: towels come at an extra cost, and the spa, which was not mentioned as an extra, makes the stay less convenient than expected for a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is not well-stocked and does not reflect the hotel’s standard. In summary, the hotel is beautiful, but the value for money and lack of clarity about extra services leave something to be desired.
