酒店坐落在距離克賴爾斯海姆東部，開車大概15分鐘左右，酒店設施齊全，有桑拿房，游泳池，酒店的餐食早中晚都很豐盛，首次在德國嘗試兔肉就是在這裏，味道不錯，房間很乾凈，每間房都有陽台，陽台在外面是連通的，酒店前台服務很熱心，下次來會再入住。

Really big hotel with very different confort rooms, great restaurant and breakfast products. Standard rooms with some margin of improvement, there are some neglected details like bathroom in the room seems old, this is the only 4 stars in Germany without a free still water bottle in the room and no slippers available. Perfect position close to the highway exit without so much noise of the cars. I think I will be back in the future! Good job!

Great place for a romantic getaway.
Hotel was a great place to getaway close to many castles to visit and countryside to take it. The room was set up beautifully and came stocked with snacks and drinks. The hotel restaurant was great we ate there 2 of our 4 nights. The Menu is very accommodating and the staff very friendly and helpful (they have English menus as an option).

We arrived at the hotel at around 11am, knowing check-in was only 3pm. We were hoping to have a relaxing day around the pool, as we had been travelling around Bavaria. We were told to use the pool before 3pm would cost us €35 each, we were quite shocked and disappointed as the hotel was expensive and we were only staying one night, so therefore only able to use the pool a couple of hours, for the price paid. Instead of paying for the pool, we hired E-bikes off the hotel,( €25) it was our first time using them, and throughly enjoyed our day cycling around all the lovely paths in the area. We would of had lunch by the pool, but instead ate in dinkelsbühl. The room was beautiful, but lacked air conditioning. The staff were helpful and friendly too. Breakfast was OK, not fantastic but pretty much what was expected.
