Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Vom herzlichen Empfang und dem willkommens Drink bis zum vielfältigen und leckeren Frühstücksbuffet ist alles da, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Ruhe im Spabereich und die Entspannung in der Sauna sind unvergesslich.

Bei meinem ersten Besuch im Panorama-Hotel Freudenberg hatte ich keine allzu grossen Erwartungen – und wurde mehr als positiv überrascht. Schon der Empfang war herzlich, professionell und effizient – ich fühlte mich sofort willkommen. Das gesamte Team vor Ort arbeitet mit spürbarer Hingabe und beeindruckender Professionalität. Besonders schön: Alle sprechen Deutsch bzw. Schweizerdeutsch, was die familiäre, vertraute Atmosphäre zusätzlich unterstreicht. Die Umgebung ist für mich eine wahre Quelle der Inspiration und Kraft. Der atemberaubende Weitblick über den Zürichsee und die harmonische Landschaft laden zum Innehalten und Durchatmen ein. Hier komme ich wirklich zur Ruhe. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist äusserst vielfältig, reichhaltig, liebevoll umgesetzt und präsentiert – ein Genuss für Augen und Gaumen. Besonders hervorzuheben: der beste Cappuccino, den ich seit Langem geniessen durfte. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der moderne Spa-Bereich: grosszügig und stilvoll gestaltet. Besonders beeindruckend sind die verschiedenen Saunen, die einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Zürichsee bieten – ein aussergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Wer einmal hier war, kommt aus gutem Grund immer wieder zurück – ich zähle definitiv dazu.

The view is so unique that increses the rating but truthfully apart from the breakfast that is really good, with great offer of bread, cheese, egg, cakes, fruits, including mango, papaya , passion fruit of high quality and attentive service, the lunches were not so exciting, the rooms very average with a terrible plastic bin in toilets, hangers in need of replacement, 47 size slippers that made me feel weird, uncomfortable pillows and nobody ever removed the cigarettes from the ashtray at the terrace during the 3 days I was there. I even made a picture. For such a high price, expected a higher attention to details. As for the illumination, a bit darker in my perspective. Helpful Staff, not very smiling but professional as everything in Switzerland.

I have stayed at this resort 10 years ago and today it was just perfect again , safe , clean , great food , amazing staff, wonderful view , fantastic breakfast, everything was just amazing and wonderful.
