"The hotel although being located in a magnificent old building right in the centre of the city is fully outdated and not on an actual standard level. During diner I served myself from the salad bar. I thought it was a buffet setting, so i took a second plate. This was not appreciated, I was charged twice. The above leads me to conclude I can not really recommend this hotel."

"The clean room and stay only troubles the home restaurant,... I had spaghetti with Scampi ... the nuts sold the sauce tastelessly crowned by the cheapest Scampi without any taste ... My wife hasn't got it with the Minestrone Better hit ... This had neither taste nor look even only approaching similarities with this .... above the kitchen door stands "here cook the boss" maybe you should consider setting a right cook. !!"
