"We had a wonderful stay at Fernie Stanford Hotel & Waterpark! We arrived early and even though our room wasn’t ready, the staff kindly let us use the waterpark — such a thoughtful gesture, especially with kids. When the shower in our original room didn’t work, they went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful 2-bedroom condo with a full kitchen. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our stay. The free breakfast was nice, though I do wish there were more hot food options beyond waffles and cereal. Overall, excellent customer service and a lovely experience. Highly recommend!"

"Dogs barking and howling, called the front desk, little was able to be done till owners finished their dinner. They must have paid more per night while they enjoyed their dinner we had to listen to their dog."

"Don’t bother contacting hosts Through booking app as they won’t respond message/ Call Directly , shower soaps would have been a nice touch. Bed was horrible. Did not sleep well the two nights we stayed. -the bed was so firm & creaked anytime you moved -heavy feet upstairs moving around till 12pm -the bar fridge is extremely loud This isn’t a bed and breakfast also doesn’t look like it’s even an option and hasn’t been for a long time. The car park is hard to drive into and out Also very large potholes on the road leading to accom"
