上午前台退房，無人值守。等了十幾分鍾，沒人解釋，電話無人接。衹有酒店一個大爺幫忙找。好不容易等來人，態度惡劣。近一年住過的最差酒店。

房間設施，衞生條件好，問題是上下電梯，樓上酒店送菜，與顧客一起上，不衞生、不安全，耽誤時間，有時還堵門等上菜的同事，嚴重影響顧客的心情。是否可以考慮分開路徑。這個酒店，價格也算是不便宜的。還是需要考慮顧客的感受。
