顧客反應空調不制熱，已經凍的感冒了，找前台不但不給處理，還説是顧客已經感冒了的，人家退完房又跑到對面“格林豪泰”，我希望領導看見可以發個話，這樣的員工及其“不合格”，差評，差評，非常差評，再也不會來了。
