I give it a full five-star rating, but objectively speaking, there are a few things I feel need to point out: First, the bathroom has a strong odor, which is a major flaw. It was there last time, but it was even more pronounced this time, and it really needs to be addressed. Second, they should ensure the rooms are smoke-free, for example, by providing pillows, or perhaps consider designating a certain percentage of rooms as non-smoking. Third, the daily maintenance of the rooms needs improvement, including thorough cleaning of details, as there were clearly some areas that weren't properly cleaned. Also, the back door to the shower room wouldn't open; I later discovered the handle was broken and hadn't been replaced. Finally, the hotel's food is good, and with a group-buying deal, the value for money is impressive."
