Location: very near 凤凰古城 entrance, 20-30mins ride away from train station. Food: plenty of food restaurant nearby Service: super friendly and helpful staff, due to limited access to DIDI for car ride to train station, staff helped to call taxi and book in advance on behalf. Room: comfortable and clean, dry and wet toilet is separated. Overall: great stay with this hotel.

The room was excellent, a new hotel with a nice, fragrant air. The facilities were complete, the room was quite large, and the layout was well-organized. My family was very satisfied! However, I do have a suggestion for the hotel: the laundry room is new, but it's inevitable that some guests have poor manners. My husband said he saw a middle-aged woman throwing her shoes into the washing machine to wash and dry them, even though the hotel has a shoe dryer. I wasn't there at the time, but if I had been there, I would have stopped her. This behavior is tantamount to inconsiderateness for others. Everyone else was washing their underwear, but she was washing shoes. I hope the hotel can put up a sign next to it that says ”no shoe washing allowed” to protect the rights of more people!

The hotel is newly opened, the rooms, corridors, and public areas are all brand new, the living is particularly comfortable, there is no smell at all ～ We came by car, and we were still worried about looking for charging piles, but when we arrived, we found that there was an underground parking lot! No longer have to detour to find a place to charge, no longer have to wait in line, this is really too humane! And the hotel is super convenient, whether it is to go to the attractions or eat. The new hotel has complete facilities and a good environment. I still understand the needs of self-driving guests. I must give a big praise. I will stay here next time!
