I specifically chose the hotel right on the river because I wanted to feel the real vibe of the city. The location is fantastic if you want to be in the center of the action and really soak up the atmosphere. From the train station, there are two ways to get to the old town: either take the bus straight through or take the express train. After the express train, however, you have to change and take a bus. So I opted for the direct bus. The ride took about 15-20 minutes. After that, I walked about 10-15 minutes to the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony with the river view was a real highlight. One small drawback: Music plays until midnight, which might be annoying for those seeking peace and quiet. After that, however, it gets much quieter. If you close the room door, you hear even less and it's more pleasant. Because the hotel is so centrally located, I was always able to quickly return and rest when I was tired. If you want to explore the city at a leisurely pace, I recommend starting early in the morning. I can definitely recommend the hotel, especially for anyone who wants to be in the center of the action and experience the true flair of the city.
