We stayed here for 1 night and really loved our stay! Our driver was lovely and called the hotel before our arrival and the owner met us at the main road and walked us to the hotel which was really lovely! The room was a bit dated and needed a good deep-clean but it was fine. The owner was lovely and helped up with great recommendations for food around the town. The WIFI worked well and the dogs and cats were a great additional too! Make sure you throw the ball for the black & white dog - he will show you where the balls are kept! I would definitely recommend this home stay, the location is great, just a few steps to the main attractions in town. There is also drinking water on each floor.

The hotel is located in great place on the river. The host can speak English and ready to help you anytime. The window view was great and on the roof top you can see everything.
It was pretty clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Amazing! I really enjoyed staying here. I got the room with a view of the river and had a great view of one of the most popular spots along the river. The location was perfect for walking around the village. The room was very clean and the perfect size. The bed was also very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and friendly; great atmosphere with cats and dogs walking around! I highly recommend staying here! If you don’t have a room with a view of the river, there is a rooftop with a nice sitting area!

We absolutely love this hotel! (And extended our stay multiple times! We didn't want to leave.) The setting couldn't be better, nestled in a cute intersection in the charming old town, above a wonderful cafe run by the owners. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the rooms with terraces overlooking the street are especially charming. The hosts are kind and welcoming, and very helpful with information and advice about the town.
Look no further than this hotel. It was our best stay yet in China, and you'll surely love it too!

Perfect hotel, very clean, has a wonderful atmosphere, best location next to famous icons and great coffee and juices. The husband and wife are very nice who run the hotel and went out of their way to make sure my stay was the best. The Owner speaks great English and can help with advice and travel.
I spent a lot of time with their dog taking him for a walk, playing football or for a swim. His really a great dog. One of the best hotels I have stayed in my life, highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel to choose this one will make your stay all the better in this Ancient City.
