這次入住鳳凰山水蓮心精品度假酒店，體驗遠超預期！我們住的房間，清晨在陽台上就能欣賞沱江日出，夜晚還能遠眺古城燈火，宛如沈從文筆下的詩意畫卷。酒店設施一流，科勒衞浴、智能窗簾和鄧祿普乳膠床墊讓睡眠格外舒適。最讓人感動的是管家服務，入住時主動幫我們升級房型，還贈送了歡迎水果。離店時因為趕高鐵，前台小哥親自開車送我們，這樣的貼心細節讓人難忘！下次來鳳凰，一定還會選擇這裏！

很享受本次度假，前台工作人員笑容親切，還主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊攻略，甚至幫我升級了高層景觀房，視野超棒！ 房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約時尚，浴室乾濕分離，水壓充足，還配備了高端洗護用品，細節處處彰顯品質。最讓我感動的是客房服務——每天回來房間都煥然一新，連散落的充電線都被細心整理好。周邊餐廳、便利店一應俱全。早餐種類豐富，當地的牛肉米粉尤其出色。另外，大廳的觀光露台也讓我在出差之餘能放鬆身心。 退房時前台還贈送了當地特色小禮物，這樣的服務意識實在難得。很棒！
