The front desk lady was very nice. She contacted us in advance to let us know how to get to the hotel more easily. This was very helpful for families traveling with children. She also helped us carry heavy luggage. I don't know if it was too cold or the heating was not strong enough, but it heated up very slowly. The front desk lady also told me that I had to turn on the hot water for a while before using it. The room toilet was very clean. The balcony had a beautiful view at night. The photos were taken from the room. The room is suitable for families with small luggage. We brought two 32-inch suitcases and needed to step over the suitcases when walking.
