房間衞生非常乾淨，連外面露天陽台的桌子椅子都很乾凈，還種有綠植，陽台風景也很好，傢俱設施方面也是很新很智能，體驗非常好，老闆娘很熱情，服務很周到，從初到鳳凰古城接車服務到離店得時候都非常滿意，非常推薦這家酒店！

老闆很熱情，有什麼需要跟她説都會幫忙，就是需要爬樓梯才能到民宿，不是直接臨江那種！可能因為陽台落地窗，照片是站在陽台拍的照片，隔音效果不是很理想，但是玩累也是能很快入睡，總體不錯，全屋智能

很滿意，衞生環境都OK，可以免費停車，有陽台，陽台可以看到江，電動窗簾，電視可以手機投票…去逛走路下去也很方便，特別是老闆特別熱情，加微信有問題隨時聯繫可以幫忙解決

房間環境很好，很乾凈，露台視野也很棒，訂的時候一眼看中了觀景大陽台，選了帶露台的房型，老闆很熱情，幫忙抬行李，另外因為我外婆看中了當地的水果，覺得很好吃，跟老闆打聽了下在哪裡買的，還找老闆借了電瓶車騎車過去買，給旅途又增加了一些意外的感動，雖然不包括來回接送，但是老闆也很熱心的幫忙叫了車，總之我很滿意，沒有啥可挑剔的，衞生乾淨，服務熱情，視野開闊，夠了！最後附上幾張露台拍的照片

酒店服務非常好，還沒到酒店，管家就打來電話，問是否需要接送站，確定後，提前了20分鐘在高鐵站等候，態度很好，也非常有耐心。到站後有小姑娘在外面接，門口還有一家蜜雪冰城，進酒店後，可以在商家處買古城聯票，我們還買了一個晚上的演出票。管家還為我們配備了一個導遊，衹負責我們兩個人。晚上送我們去觀演，之後遊船。第二天早上在我們民宿門口等我們，又帶我們去套票的其他地方。因為導遊是本地人，各個地方中間沒有任何時間的浪費。晚上的時候空調沒電，店家還送了電池上來。服務態度很好，而且推薦了當地的靠譜店鋪。走的時候店家又送到了門口，告訴我們怎麼走，很熱情很舒服，酒店也非常衞生，空調製冷很好，而且晚上幾乎沒有聲音，推薦推薦

向所有第一次要來古城的朋友推薦這家民宿，首先可以到車站接您，到酒店後直接上水果，有種到家的感覺，會有專門的朋友幫您把行李拿到房間，服務很周到熱情，再説地理位置，位於南華橋邊上，距離中心位置50米，夜裡也安靜，房間很乾凈，也很智能，全屋語音控制，電視投屏.可以看到沱江，有陽台，出門無論到哪都很方便，老闆會耐心幫您介紹應該打卡哪裡避坑哪裡，有需要也會幫忙詢問，在這個利益薰陶的年代，碰上如此實在的老闆難得，旅遊們可以支持.每次外出回來都會和老闆聊天喝茶、趕上晚飯還得蹭頓晚飯，.推薦推薦
