A little behind but so good view for the central river for night and day. So many modern equipments for more comfortable can be really used in every rooms. Various type of rooms is wide and so clean . For location is around on the middle way of river and full of restaurants beside hotel (local&good price) Most of my appreciated the owner is so so good with full of service mind. All of my party 15 persons fully give 100% for her services. If some are looking for new place with full of service mind I really suggest this hotel.

Very near to the river side and if you choose a room with the river view, you can see the scenic river from your bedroom balcony. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. The bed linen is extremely comfortable. The homestay owners is very helpful and provided the transport services to pick us from the train station and delivered our luggage to our bedroom. This is a homestay that feels like a good hotel.

This was an incredible experience. The hotel is really charming and the room equally so. The location is amazing.  The staff are really friendly, kind and helpful. They gave recommendations to good restaurants, stores, etc. After we checked out, they offered a free ride from the hotel to the railway station and we were given a few gifts. The hotel also gives you a unique opportunity to try traditional Hmong clothing. The clothes are rented for free but the hotel offers cheap deals that include professional photos and makeup.  Very happy about this stay. Will strongly recommend it.

Located at the entrance/end of the accident city it is really good to reach with luggage. Staff is really and helpful. The room is big and spotless clean. Bed is comfortable, wifi works great also.

Owner confirmed with us our arrival time and picked us up from the railway station. They gave us a map and guided us the attraction of the old town. They also borrowed us their traditional clothes. We did our own make up and took some nice photos in the old town. Tea set also provided. View from the room is great.

This homestay was a bit off the road and 2 large sets of stairs to the front entrance. The staff was wonderful, waiting for us at the street to help with our luggage. With the use of my daughters translator we were able to book the evening boat tour on the river with the manager. We expected a better view from our room thinking the supplied photo on the room description would be our view. Our mistake. I guess that is the 3rd floor view. The room was really nice, clean and comfortably accommodated 3 adults. The location was great right by the river and one bridge to cross the river. There was a mix up the following morning with our transfer to the train station but they were able to arrange new transportation and we managed to just make our train. Very little if no English is spoken so a translator app is a must.
