I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly kind and thoughtful owner. She personally picked us up at the 南华里服务中心 and even helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. Her warm gestures, including the free and welcome gifts provided for guests, made our experience even more special. On the day of check-out, she went above and beyond by helping us carry our luggage to the shuttle bus. It was truly heartwarming.
