Hua Hua, our hostess n Mr Song, were very hospitable. They were very helpful during our stay in their guesthouse. Our room has a very good view of the river. There were bars around n it could be noisy for some. But all the singing stopped at 11:30pm promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay n wd surely recommend this guesthouse to stay!

The hotel is clean and have a good view, to find the hotel from fenghuang walk you should find the windmill with flowers, because have a lot of windmill but only one has flowers. The service is good, the lady and gentlemen there is so helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Banju. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Fenghuang Street, offering us the most perfect view of the area. While the homestay might be a little tricky to find if you are navigating on your own, the incredibly friendly owners met us at a nearby car park and kindly helped us with our luggages. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, and there was easy access to food and shops nearby. Although it can be a bit noisy at night due to the nearby pubs, the music stops at 11:30 pm, which was perfectly fine with us. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The most important thing every traveller are looking for in Fenghuang: Incredible view from the balcony! The room is modern and clean. The bars are loud but the window is isolating and the music stops at 23:30. The is a mosqito net on the window. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The bus stop is 10 minutes walking where you can take a bus to the high speed train sation for 7 yuan.

This charming hotel was a fantastic find! The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful owner—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Before arriving it’s better to add the lady boss WeChat. Just key in her mobile number provided after your booking is confirmed & request to add. This city has no ride hailing. Aft arrival fr the maglev train station just queue for a local taxi. Costs abt RMB25-30 to reach homestay in 20 mins. The owners will pick u up at the road where u alight & guide u in. Hotel Location is in the middle section. Bars & restaurants are just few mins walk away. Rooms are very clean & modern. Though there is no lift, the couple owners are very sincere & friendly, they will help to bring the bulky luggages up. We had a beautiful view of the river in our balcony. The aircon in room was so powerful we slept really well. Highly recommended.

We spent one night over there. The location is a bit difficult to find but our taxi driver called the owner to pick us up from the road. The room was clean and spacious. It has an attached verenda with a beautiful view. There is no elevator. The owner is a sweet lady and she helped us to grab a taxi in the morning to catch our train. It was a pleasant experience.

The owner of this accommodation is soooooo helpful. They came out and meet us and helped us with our luggages. And when we check out the next day, we were not able to get a taxi, the lady boss rushed out and helped us “snatch” for one! Kudos! The room was great, nothing to complain about. Location is great. 👍👍👍 Just a little bit of noise at night due to bars at the bottom but that was not a problem for me. Liked their balcony.

Love this place. Staff (woman) was super friendly and helped us a lot. The hotel was cute (small but cute) and new! Bed was comfortable. Toilet and bathroom a bit small but no problem. Nice balcony with a river view! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice stay in Fenghuang.

I wasnt able to get the river view room because i booked last minute but i got to see inside one and they are great. Even my room was very nice and the staff is awesome

Such an amazing homestay. Right in the center of the area, next to the river, easy to go anywhere. There are bars and food store around the homestay. The owner is super nice and helpful. She helped us to carry luggages, explain the map, suggest us what to do, where to go, and what to eat. Will definitely come back here and suggest other friends to come stay here. Sooooo happy.
