Very nice hotel! Super beautiful view from hotel room, private onsen is very nice, got standing bath! very reasonable price

The hotel locates right at the water front of the beautiful Matsushima. Guests stayed at the ocean-view rooms were lucky to enjoy the excellent scenes of all islands scattering along the coasts. Services were very good. Staff were friendly and eager to help.

I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before. Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here. Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

It is a one of best hotels during our three weeks Japan trip. Everything is good. We will recommend it to all of our friends and may be coming back at near future.

Good location and excellent service

The hotel is only a five- to six-minute walk from the "Fupu Bridge". Because the hotel is located at a high level, many rooms have wine views. The quality of one stay and two meals is also good.

There is free parking and the hotel is clean. The room was comfortable. satisfy. But because I have eaten too many hotel dinners, I would rather go out for dinner than enjoy it in the hotel.

Even if it's not a corner sea view, facing a row of pine trees, you can't see anything, the scenery is blocked! ! Is this room specially reserved for us two Chinese tourists? ! (Look at the picture) 2️⃣When I checked in, I was told that I could pay 2,000 yen for a private bath. However, after I went there, the water source switch of the hot spring♨️ was not turned on. It was just a pool of stagnant water, with the smell of disinfectant water, and a smell floating on it. layer of dust or oil. 3️⃣The car took us to the station at 10 a.m. the next day and did not help us with our luggage🧳. The driver just sat in the car and watched. I was wondering if this was a Japanese service! Is this what a three thousand hotel costs? !

Because the price is relatively high, we chose a smaller Japanese-style room, and dinner is not included, but the scenery outside the room window is beautiful, you can watch the sunrise and sunset 🌅
