Just returned from a 3 night stay here, mostly spoilt by very noisy, drunken, wedding guests, for 2 nights so little sleep. We had a nice ground floor bedroom with wet room which was very convenient for me as no lift to upper floors. Didn't have breakfast at £15.95 pp. Had one light meal in bar, awful. Didn't pay, one horrid burger, 2 steak strips, one cold curry & well, the potato dauphinoise, yuck, but apparently it was because restaurant was busy! Don't think Mr MPW would be happy with his name used! No information whatsoever in rooms regarding Felixstowe itself or hotel rules. I probably wouldn't return to this hotel although the majority of the staff were very friendly

I hate doing this, but the room was ok. Bath had a massive plaster in the middle of it. Paint all over the place. Check in desk couldn’t raise a smile at all. So much for trying to be a top end hotel. The bloke at reception Dave, oh yeah they ain’t done them rooms yet. Thanks. Couldn’t get dinner reservations either. Bar closed at 10.45 really. So it’s pretty simple don’t bother with this place.

Very good experience in all, lovely time in a beautiful small hotel, excelent staff that will help with anything you need, and great food. Nice and I must say very crean. We will be back this summer . The food in the restaurant was very good, fantastic breakfast.

Hotel muy cómodo, tranquilo y limpio. Personal muy agradable, zona muy tranquila pueblo muy bonito en la costa. Recién renovado con habitación buena con todos los servicios, la ducha era excelente, como el resto . Limpieza absoluta, a diario, muy sorprendido gratamente. El restaurante de categoría estrella michelín Volveré siempre cuando visite la zona.

Excellent Hotel, Staff Brilliant Especialy David, restaurant is a tad Pricey but the food is excellent. Bed Comfy, Shower and Bathroom Excellent, Very Central Location Beach 5 minute Walk, Shops 5 minute Walk.Has it's own pub, with Dart Board! I stay once every two to three weeks, don't like to rave too much about it, it might just get too popular.
