The service was good 👍
However the room 315 with the window to I-5 with high speed traffic always, can't sleep well
Meanwhile, the AC was too noisy, it always woke me up when it restarted.

The location is convenient, with a shopping plaza down not far away, the room is clean and spacious. There is a small swimming pool, many children are playing. The breakfast is very good, and coffee is provided free of charge 24 hours. Parking is charged according to the hotel guidance, but it is not actually charged. One disadvantage is that there is no mineral water in the room, there is coffee but no tea bags

Although there were some minor incidents, we were upgraded to a king-size suite for free. Except for the noise along the road, everything else was almost perfect.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Federal Way was a great location for our quick trip to the Seattle area. We attended an expo in Seattle on Saturday and just needed a one night stay so we could visit Point Defiance Zoo Sunday on our way home. The location was right off the freeway so really easy to find,the only drawback to that was that the noise from the freeway was a bit loud at night. The staff was friendly & welcoming at check in,always appreciate that because it sets the tone for your stay! The room was a good size and really clean,that's the most important factor for me. The free breakfast had a lot of options,enough to make it a full breakfast to start the day. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.
