Renovating history one historic home at a time! Our 1895 farmhouse is one of the original Czechoslovakian dairies that dotted the Fayette County landscape in the late 1900's. Located only minutes from Fayetteville, Texas and the famous Round Top antique venues.
Front bedroom sleeps 3 (Qn & Daybed) Clawfoot tub w/hand held shower. Back bedroom sleeps 2 (Qn) w/walk in shower.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.The original cistern is off the back porch DEEP!.About customRules:If your dog is NOT cat friendly do not bring them to the farm. We have working farm cats that spend time on the back porch and trust our guests.Original cistern is VERY deep! Be alert if you have children staying at the farm! Historic Farmhouse
Stayed for the Round Top Spring show with 4 women. It was a darling place and we got good tips from our host Natalie. It’s not right in the middle of things, but quick 20 minutes drive will get you to shopping and various cute towns and restaurants in the area. We had some problem with the sliding doors staying on the track, but otherwise a super stay.

Adorable Get Away
We loved this little find just outside downtown Fayetteville. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Natalie is an AMAZING host! We especially loved the super friendly cats that hung out with us on the back porch. We will return but next time stay longer!

Great place!
Came on a rainy and cold weekend, but such a cozy spot. Loved the house and atmosphere. The kitties were a hit and we became friends fast. :-)

One nighter
We enjoyed our stay although it was short. The only big complaint I had is that the house is right on the main road so there was a lot of traffic noise. Other than that, it was great!

Christmas gathering
Central meeting site for out state family. Outdoor fire pit and grill area added to visiting time. Host had Christmas deco to add to festivities.

Nice historic house that gives you a taste of the real Texas! We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Visit to downtown Fayetteville is a must. Natalie is a great host.
