Great hotel with attentive staff. The grandkids enjoyed the pool area with the slide. It was great fun.

Overall the stay was good. Great location, close to everything. The hot tub only worked 1 out of the 4 days we were there and the pool I felt needed to be warmer but my wife said it was on the last day on her morning swim. The hotel had minimal staff during our stay but I still got what I needed when I called so that was nice.
TIPS:
- Rooms need more (or larger) garbage bins.
- Rooms need a recycle bin.
- Hotel needs more garbage and recycle bins on each floor. Eg. at each elevator, near the ice/water machine, main floor entrance (inside and out).
- Hotel needs recycle bins on each floor.

The hotel room itself was nice. Comfortable bed, very spacious, & clean. However very disappointed. Jacuzzi tub was the only reason I booked at this hotel. Viewed the picture online prior to booking. The jacuzzi looked nothing like the photos and only worked for about 10 minutes before overheating and jets quit. Had to wait 2 hours to restart the jets and then only worked for 10 minutes again. Also housekeeping entered our room prior to check-out without knocking. Did bring concerns to management and was given a discount but still very disappointed in our stay seeing as only reason we booked here was for jacuzzi tub.

We loved this Delta hotel. I’m very picky about my stays and this was great! The lobby was huge when a nice bar & restaurant and the rooms were huge too. The hotel was clean and updated. Emily at the front desk was great and helped us book a 2nd night for a great rate. Thank you!

5 very laid back and educated service on the food and drinks. Gave excellent recommendations. New menu is tasty and wanted to have one of everything. Tina, Megan, and Tanner were on point and approachable and observant. The Dakota Drift was a must have.

Amber went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my stay. We had a lovely week long stay. Free shuttle w/Keith, from the airport. Amazing Amber at the front desk helping us with check in and other details. Good Food, a fav wine, live music, waterside, coffee and clean rooms. Thanks Delta Fargo for keeping us warm.
