Ramada by Wyndham Fargo

A little older hotel but the rooms are still decent. Friendly staff, centrally located, and clean rooms. We will continue to book here when we can.

Yes, the hallway carpets are a little dingy, but don't let that stop you. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and that's what counts. The staff is friendly. And the indoor pool is something special, which my six-year-old girls loved. You can slide into the pool from the second story. My girls didn't want to stop. If you are traveling across the state, this hotel is a nice rest stop for the night.

Very disappointed! You would think a Ramada Wyndham name hotel would be somewhat updated and clean. Very outdated. Carpet in hallways filthy. Had not been vacuumed or cleaned which looks like for years. Dust at wall edges of hallways/doorways filthy with dust. (See photos) Complementary breakfast area was dirty. Breakfast ends at 10 AM at 9:15 AM. I told the lady working the breakfast area there was no more diced potatoes. She said: That’s it no more, they will not all be eaten in time. There was still 45 minutes left for breakfast! 😳 Same food as the day before. Appears to be frozen foods. Scrambled eggs half omelette. Soggy diced potatoes. Front desk people in the evening were very helpful. Needed to get new card key two times in one day, wouldn’t work. Nighttime front desk were very helpful. The bartender in the bar was very knowledgeable and a very nice friendly young man. We make an annual trip to Fargo with friends for the last 18 years. First time at this hotel for a Ramada Wyndham we were very surprised at how rundown and dirty the hallways were. You would expect more from Ramada hotel for the price. Outside the front door, garbage cans were overfilled cigarette butts all over even though there are ashtrays Which were full.. You would think that they could get somebody out front to sweep at least once a week. Will never stay there again.

This property is a filthy disgusting mess. It’s beyond repair and should be demolished. Had I not arrived at almost midnight I would have not checked in. The service matched the environment. Housekeeping didn’t make up room although they were outside the door when I left and I spoke to them. Even a used stained towel was in the room. Elevator was missing emergency phone, and panel screwed closed! Is this legal? Hair dryer didn’t work until I repaired it. Carpet almost worn out and stained all over. You could scrape the grime off the walls and floors. This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. It’s criminal to market this place.

No warning.... Hot Tub plastic wrapped and closed for our last day and night... Called front desk and they had no clue it was even being shut down.... That wrecked our afternoon plans.... I have a reservation for September, but wondering if same thing will happen and ruin our visit....
