This hotel makes me feel very comfortable. I like both the environment and the accommodation. I especially like their rooms with fireplaces. It feels as warm and relaxing as in my own home.

Pros: -Very well maintained property. -Excellent staff working at front desk and breakfast area. -Very clean rooms, nice décor. -Clean bathroom, very good shower pressure. -Excellent choices for breakfast. -Quiet room. -Smart TV's with lots of choices. -Very kind Manager. Cons: -Bed mattress was not firm, could use replacement. -Pillows were too soft. Maintenance items (informed front desk to add to their to do list): -Sink in bathroom area drained very slowly, needs to be flushed. -Mold in spots in silicone around the tub, needs replacement. Summary: We would for sure stay in this Hotel again. Stayed October 2024.

Great hotel, nice staff, good breakfast room and very clean. Highly recommended while in the Fargo area. The streets near the hotel have sidewalks so you can take a walk, and the pool was an okay size for a hotel pool and it had a hot tub as well. The coffee/tea area was appreciated.

I really liked this Residence Inn. It is a newer property and is in great shape. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The room was spacious with nice decor. The location was ideal as it was spitting distance from restaurants as well as the local mall. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was what you'll find at any other hotel that offers complimentary breakfast

So I have stayed at this hotel in Fargo twice already and each time someone has opened the door without even knocking and I find that very disturbing. I’m not paying money to stay at a hotel where I don’t feel comfortable or safe. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I told the receptionist it was the second time they have done that opening the door and she just laughed. I told her that’s a problem that they need to fix.

I had a room booked months in advance for a hockey tournament and less than 24 hours prior to check in the hotel cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. As a loyal Titanium Elite Marriot rewards member I find this completely unacceptable. I average around 150 nights per year at Marriot hotels and this is how they treat loyal customers. I for one will never stay at the Residence Inn Fargo ever again!

Very spacious room that was super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Nice to have a kettle to make tea and a fridge to freeze our ice packs and to put some food into. A great place to stay on a road trip thats for sure! Ask for a room on the top floor, away from the elevator for a quieter experience.

The hot tub was not working there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. Very disappointing because those were the two item I confirmed available when I booked the room. The hot tub issue is becoming common at all hotels.

Everything was as expected. Great stay! We were able to check in early. Room was spotless and nicely updated. Breakfast was great. You could get pretty much anything - waffles, eggs, sausages, coffee, oatmeal, and more. Nice spread. In the evening we sat by the outdoor fireplace and enjoyed the nice weather. Did not use the pool or jacuzzi, but they looked inviting. We would recommend this place.
