"My colleague and I stayed here for a business trip. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The heating worked perfectly; it was so warm that we could even open the window without feeling cold. The hotel is conveniently located near Zhongsu Jinjie and Wanda Plaza, both less than a kilometer's walk away. There are actually plenty of dining options nearby, though it's worth noting that some establishments close during the winter months in this area."

"The hotel is located in the center of Manzhouli, just steps away from Zhongsujin Street Pedestrian Street, making travel very convenient. The front desk of the hotel was warm and friendly. When we checked in, we upgraded our room for free. We stayed in room 1716 and had a panoramic view of half of Manzhouli. It was a big surprise! The bigger surprise and highlight is the interior of the entire hotel, from the aisles to the rooms, from the sky, the floor, the walls to the furniture and lighting configurations. It shows the owner’s hard work and high pursuit, which greatly improves the guest’s stay experience and benefits. We were so impressed that we stayed another day without hesitation. In addition, the service staff in the guest rooms are also warm, friendly, dedicated and dedicated. All in all, I had a very good experience staying at this hotel and the price/performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it! I sincerely wish the hotel will get better and better and its foundation will last forever; I wish all employees good health, happy work, and happiness for the whole family!"

JJieliuziluxianshengAs it was my first time in Manzhouli and I was there for a business trip, I sought out a hotel that offered good value for money. After experiencing it firsthand, I've decided to give it a positive review.
**Location:** The hotel is situated in a lively area of Manzhouli, making it incredibly convenient for both dining out and sightseeing. The building also features an underground parking lot, and to my pleasant surprise, the hotel even reimbursed the 20 RMB daily parking fee – a fantastic bonus!
**Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped with facilities, and many small details were handled very nicely.
**Service:** The hotel staff provided excellent service; they were warm, welcoming, and very thoughtful.
**Hygiene:** This is the only area where I'd have to deduct a point. The room itself was actually very tidy and clean, but I found a small bed bug on the bed. It was truly the only imperfection during my stay.
**Overall:** Should I return to Manzhouli in the future, whether for business or leisure, I would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserWe checked in on May Day. The hotel is in a particularly good location, right on Zhongsu Street. There is Sam's Club and Luburi Western Restaurant just about 100 meters away. There are also various small shops open until midnight. The hotel has its own parking lot. There are free breakfast and afternoon tea. It feels like you can eat your fill. The variety is very rich. The service staff has a very good attitude. The room was upgraded to a suite for free. They also helped my family keep the wheelchair and took the luggage to the room. They also gave us shopping guidance and travel tips. This is definitely a store that deserves full marks. It is very tasteful and will not make you feel old and backward. There is a separate wardrobe and living room. TVs are installed in the living room and bedroom. The room is large and quiet. In the afternoon, the housewife also delivered fruits to the room. The supporting furniture is complete and perfect. Staying in the hotel is as comfortable as at home. It is worthy of a century-old store. I will stay here again next time and will recommend it to my friends. I wish you a prosperous business. Thank you🙏

SShower is coldThe hotel lady is very, very nice. She saw that we came with 4 kids and weren't sure about ticket purchasing for Matryoshka Park, she kindly advised us and gave us one more spare ticket ”just in case”. The ticket prices from the hotel lady were cheaper than those offered to us by two other taxi drivers, so I felt that she was very genuine. I asked about the washing machine and she kindly let us wash our stuff since we were travelling with 4 kids. The floor tiles upon entering were very nice too. I'd definitely stay at the same place again the next time I come!

GGuest UserOnly stayed for one night, and it wasn't nearly enough! I'd love to return given the opportunity. It was very convenient for our family of five to stay together. With two rooms and a game room, there was ample space. The property features a parking lot with space for over a dozen cars, which is a rare find in Manzhouli and perfect for those traveling by car. A laundry room is also available. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were very polite.

1. Great location. Just 5 minutes from main pedestrian area
2. The hotel houses the Russian restaurant. It is really the best food ever eaten in this entire trip to Inner Mongolia for 14 days.
Even though we just had our meals on the plane about 1 hour ago, we still enjoyed the food here. You can see how good the food is.
3. Lift to our room on every floor. Vs Crown Hotel that we are staying the next day, this hotel to me is much better.
4. Lots of free tibits for us. Lovely
