Great location and super efficient and friendly service. Breakfast was exceptional. Spa, gym and swimming pool all great and the grounds are well kept. Good parking facilities.
Room was a little on the small side and some parts of the room and landings were a little scruffy.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing spa hotel with amazing amenities and super close to the beach. The only thing lacking was the quality of breakfast, restaurants and a few service aspects. Other than that really enjoyed the stay here and would love to stay here again. The spa was absolutely amazing and pools were the best feature.

Staff: Plenty of staff but mechanics operate, not friendly
Room: Fairly clean, but the design of the shower screen is strange, each side is tied to the left, and a lot of water splashes out of the shower during the shower

I went for a 2 hour spa. Really good facilities, I particularly enjoyed the outside hot tub and sauna . Lovely staff and it was exceptionally clean and smelt wonderful. Will definitely recommend.

We love this place, discovered it in 2023 and have been going twice a year since. The staff are always welcoming and friendly - it’s the little touches, the other night (we are here at the time of writing this) the barman remembered that my wife had visited the spa earlier that day, so when he saw me in the bar he asked if she had enjoyed it - this is typical of the staff here, they pay attention and like to know everything is ok. The rooms are always well presented and tidy, the housekeepers take care to ensure that they leave your personal possessions are left as they found them and will only move them if they have no choice. The rooms are small for a hotel, but the views and service more than make up for it. The breakfast menu isn’t big, but covers the basics and is served hot, promptly and as described and there is a full breakfast bar to pick from if you don’t fancy ordering off the menu. I can’t comment on the restaurant as we don’t eat here other than breakfast. Overall, this is the place for a good slice of Cornish living, great service in a relaxed, clean and welcoming hotel and spa and we genuinely love it here and will continue to come twice a year for as long as we are able to.

Spa and gym were great. Family room spacious, no view, overlooking the roof. And absolutely no sound proofing, footsteps in above room constant and even hearing them chat and talk on phone. So couldn’t sleep until late, pointless for a kids room and us. Bathroom tired, and shower wouldn’t drain quickly so flooded. Cleaner didn’t seem to know how to make a bed. Parking not great as not many spaces, no electric charging points. Bar area, nice enough. Breakfast, very small portions for hot food, but nice selection available. No great welcome, nothing that would make us wish to return.

Das Zimmer bei Ankunft war ohne Fenster ins Freie, nur zum Durchgang zum Wellnessbereich, völlig indiskutabel. Es wurde uns dann ein alternatives Zimmer mit Blick auf den Parkplatz und die Belüftungsanlage gegeben. Das Zimmer war o.k. , sehr klein und insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch und vielseitig. Als sehr negativ empfanden wir die Regelung, dass Hotelgäste den hoteleigenen Pool und den Spa-Bereich nur gg. Bezahlung nutzen dürfen, bei 40£ pro Person für 2 Std. auch kein Schnäppchen! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein durchaus empfehlenswertes Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit etwas ambitioniertem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
