Holiday Inn Express Fallon by IHG

I booked this hotel for Priceline for three nights for me and my dad as we were doing business in Fallon. We decided to extend our stay and my dad spoke to the manager directly. She seemed like a very nice lady. He told her we wanted to extend our stay awake. She assured him it would be no problem and even offered him in lower rate in price line so we accepted, she said, come up and see me the following day and on the following day when we came up, there was a different lady in the office, not the manager just some employee we asked to speak to the manager and she told us she was not there and she didn’t know when she would be available so we asked. If she could please call us. because we had to head out for our business. She assured us that she would at 11 AM. We got a call from the same employee saying that we had to vacate the room immediately and that the manager could not speak to us and that the manager did not know what she was talking about and they had no availability and they could not keep us and she was so sorry so when I asked to please speak to the manager, she told us that the manager was not available to speak to us. I also went on Priceline and there was availability and I showed this to the employee and the employee then told me that even though it says that there’s availability through Priceline, there was not so then I had my secretary, call the hotel and ask if there was availability for my room type for the next night and next week and the same employee said yes there is we have a few rooms left then my secretary said well that’s odd because my boss is there and you’re making them vacate the room. Why are you doing this? Then the employee said whoops so sorry my computer just updated and there’s no availability hahaha there is something so crooked about this property. I would definitely stay away from this property. Something is not right. I own several businesses and this is not how you run one

Same sheets, different stay We stayed in the same room that we had stayed in three days earlier and there was a dirt spot on the sheets that I had gotten on them as I was putting on my shoes during our first stay that was still there on our second stay. Obviously the sheets were not cleaned. it was offputting to know that the sheets had not been changed. Other than that. The room had been cleaned and smelled clean and I appreciate that..

I arrived at the property roughly around 1:30 in the morning for the staff to let me know that there was no rooms available, even though I have purchased a room the staff and informed me that she does not go into the rooms to see the accommodations three of us are traveling together, and she said we would have to share one king bed. She was very rude unaccommodating and when I asked her if she could contact her manager, she told me she could not However, she did eventually, and her manager accommodated us by putting us in the king room with a pullout bed.

appearance The pool indoors was closed! There were no vending machines. The pancake machine was broken. The food was cold. I stay at your hotel about 3 times a year and in the past it has always been a nice place to stay. I am dissapointed Your credit machine was not functioning and I was ask to pay cash. I have always stayed at Holiday Inn express, but maybe it is time to move on to another establishment I relalize that there are times when it is necessary to do maintance, but maybe you should do your maintaince in the winter when business is slower than in the summer!

The room was fine once we got into it. We had to make 3 trips to the front desk because we were assigned a room that was already occupied.

Hotel being renovated. No pool, no hot tub, no water fountain, plenty of dust and off gassing from carpet, paint, caulk etc. Still charging full price. Gym machines stored in lobby area, and pool area. Great for seniors, low low toilet, no grab bars, pathetic sad two throw away bananas out for breakfast. The room however was newly renovated and the bed was new and comfortable…
