En middelmådig oplevelse
Hotellet virker meget rodet og er lidt en labyrint af gange. Morgenmad restauranten i kælderen er meget klemt da rummene er små. Så generelt kommer hotellet bare til at føltes rodet og meget uigennemskueligt.
Vi havde booket deluxe værelser men var ærlig talt meget i tvivl om hvad der var deluxe over værelset. Alt i alt en middelmådig oplevelse hvor vi havde håbet på mere. Sengene var rigtig gode.
Hotellet ligger dejlig centralt midt i den gamle by og ud til havnen med masser af gode oplevelse lige omkring hotellet.

A hotel with potential…
First the bad stuff…There pricing was up there with some bigger chains so expect more from a hotel. I received a room that looked clean-ish, but they hadn’t changed the sheets. Just made the bed again. There was a clear indication that someone had slept in the bed before, plus there was hair by the pillows. I asked for milk for morning coffee, which I received (milk packets), only it had gone out of date 6 months before. I was down as soon as breakfast opened. The yogurt tasted like it went sour. I watched the staff as they worked the room, not once did I notice they said good morning with a smile to any of their patrons. Looked more on the grumpy side. There was no climate control in the room so I had to have the window open, and was quiet noisy with people under the window. The good stuff…The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms were nicely done up and my second room seemed really clean and fresh, newly renovated. The beds and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable. And the town quieted down to have the window open after 22:00. Strangely enough, this alone if I had to stay in Falköping again I would want to pick this place again. So many hotels skimp on comfort and I actually had a good sleep there. Besides cleanliness being top priority, comfort is a huge part. I truly hope they get a good manger that is customer service minded. I think this hotel potentially be a nice place to stay.

Super service and nothing to complain about. Great breakfast , clean room , very serviceminded staff , great location , free parking and and a perfect place to stay during Nestorfest. Second time for us and it will definitely be a third one. At least.
