We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort. Dinner at the open-air restaurant was unforgettable — the sunset over the ocean was absolutely stunning. The staff were respectful, friendly, and very helpful, making us feel so welcome. The room was beautiful and clean, and the location is perfect, just five minutes from the airport. A truly relaxing and memorable experience!

Location is pretty good, right in the middle between ferry terminal (To Savaii) and the airport, 2km (25-30 mins) walk from Sheraton to each if you don’t have a car. Ideal hotel to stay if you have an early flight next morning or a late arrival, or to catch the 6am/8am ferry next day.
Good facilities, with swimming pools and souvenir shop, beach is just in front of the rooms, easy to see sea turtles from the beach. Breakfast is pretty good with a lot of options.

Perfect location for accessing the airport or the ferry wharf- but is a little far from the city. Friendly staff, although the phone in our room did not work to order room service and went downstairs to reception where we were told to use the TV & whatsapp to order, however their whatsapp didn't work either so ended up having to phone the hotel's main number and get transferred. Also requested bottles of water as we were told they were free of charge but they never came.
The room was clean and spacious with a good buffet breakfast selection. Would have liked to stay longer to enjoy all the facilities but had to catch the ferry early next day.

Apart from the understandable annoying insects especially mosquitoes, the resort is simply a perfection in so many ways, from its close proximity to the airport (which makes you no anxiety of getting your flight on time), with the great amenities (needs a little upgrade) and its cool and hospitable staffs, etc.

Awesome stay, room was located too far from lobby. They happily changed our room to accommodate us.

Our room was not clean, especially floor.
Breakfast is great buffet with numerous options.
Swimming pool is nice, beach as well with white sand but sand inside the water is very muddy, it is like a clay and it was not really pleasant to walk there.
Hotel provides convinient trasnfer to the airport (16 Samoan tala one direction per person).
