Staff greeted me every time I left or arrived. Made sure I was comfortable and had check in texts. Housekeeping came by and replenished everything needed and took trash daily. Would definitely stay again

The room was clean and spacious. Nice staff at front desk. Pillows were lumpy and bed was uncomfortable. Typical breakfast food options.

Property is really well maintained. You can tell that the employee's take pride in this property. The hotel staff are very welcoming, happy to assist you and have made my stay very enjoyable. You literally walk out the door and have restaurants, coffee and shopping across the street. You are just a short walking distance from Whole Foods, Armor Coffee and Target. I have found that this property is in a very convenient area for what I need.

Horrible house keeping Svc
Neat property . Also pet friendly .
Rooms were somewhat smaller , sofa bed was rocky , and the hotel receptionist only gave us 1 extra pillow for a family of 6 staying in the room . Useless fellows ..
Worst part hear this out .. the house keeping maid knocked on my door and asked me to vacate at 10 am so she can clean the room even though checkout was 12 . I guess she wanted to save a trip for herself but she cannot knock and ask me to get out . She could have tried by being nice and polite but not even that . She was pretty serious and unapologetic .. pathetic ****** .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay – Truly Exemplifies the Home2 Suites Brand As a Lifetime Diamond Hilton Honors member, I’ve stayed at properties all over the country — and this Home2 Suites in Fairview/Allen stands out in the best way. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-managed. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful welcome basket in my room, complete with extra waters — a rare but appreciated touch that shows they really value their guests. The breakfast service was excellent, with a full selection that met all expectations of the Home2 Suites brand. That’s not something you see at every location, so credit goes to the breakfast attendant and the management team for getting it right. This has been one of my favorite Home2 experiences. I stayed here for an extended work trip and it was worth every dollar. Highly recommend this location to both business and leisure travelers. Great job to the whole team!
