I love they offer free breakfast, complementary good coffe and water, I really love to stay in this location

We got a large room. Not sure if they are all like that or not. Comes with a full-size fridge, and dishwasher. The breakfast was pretty good. It's in a nice location with lots of shopping and restaurants that you can walk to. The only problem we really had was not being able to get the ac to cool enough at night to sleep well. We tried to run it at 69 but it just wouldn't run. Seems to be what most hotels are doing now. You would think they would want their guests to get a good night's sleep. We asked to have our room cleaned, but they didn't clean it.

The hotel itself is great in many areas. Clean, comfortable, and the employees working were fantastic. I really enjoyed the small kitchen with fridge as we were staying several days. They have an indoor pool, but Zi never used it. My one complaint is the fact that this hotel does not have adequate parking for its guests. Two of the past three nights we have had to park at a neighboring hotel because the parking lot to this hotel was filled to capacity by 6:30 pm each night. I don’t mind the additional walk but I know that won’t work for some guests. Remove the parking issues and this hotel is a 5 out of 5 experience.

Very clean hotel. I love that they clean every day. The guy at the front desk was helpful and responsive every time I needed him. But there is NO parking. The room was small compared to others I’ve stayed in. The bathroom was very tiny. The door was almost hitting the toilet when I opened it. No stream play on the TV from your phone even though all newer hotels have them. Since I was here on business I tried to save money and eat in every day. Difficult kitchen to cook in. They don’t have a countertop stove so they give you a single hot plate. Pots and pans are smaller but wasn’t a problem since I was eating for one. I travel alot for work so I’ve stayed in many suites. A suite to me is more of something you can fully live out of for a short period of time. Typically it is a small kitchenette but it has at least a small 2 burner counter top stove and a small oven. This one had neither which I believe most home2suites don’t anyways. But the parking situation is what brought it down so far for me. A lot of construction going on but there’s a Marriott right behind it with a much bigger parking area. I had to park across the street every day. But the gentleman at the front desk was great!

I stay at Hilton hotels Monday through Friday every week for work. My Hilton Honors level is gold, so I am not new to this chain and this is the first time I have had to deal with something like this . I recently got bitten by bedbugs at this hotel, the Home2 suites Fairview. I was in room 229 and after we found it out, I was moved to 319 I actually had found one bedbug crawling on my pillow and was able to put it into a cup and I brought it to the front desk to show them. I reached out to the general manager, Nick Desai , via email, text , and phone calls but have not heard back and it’s been 2 days. I went in to urgent care due to the burning and itchiness and got steroid injections and some medication and still have heard nothing back from the hotel yet . I even called guest assistance to ask the hotel to contact me so I can just get any insurance info

Great clean spacious family oriented hotel. Separate living area with kitchenette. Main item kitchen items provided. Large room and bathroom. Food and service was exceptional. Amazing area for shopping, to catch a movie or just enjoy family fun.

I had an excellent stay. I stayed here before with my dogs when we had to vacate our home. I love how the rooms have a full mini kitchen in them so you can eat your own food. There is a Whole Foods grocery store within walking distance. The room has all of the basics you will need and is comfortable. The only drawback is right now the parking structure for the hotel is under construction so parking is a little more scarce. This hotel made me a fan of Home2 Suites- I look for the brand when traveling now.

Excellent Hotel and one of the best among the Hilton group of hotels. Very well kept suites, very crisp & clean linens, bathrooms are spotless and well maintained. Each of the amenities inside the room such as the Refrigerator, Microwave, etc. are in very good working condition. The coffee maker was not working early on during my stay - when brought to the attention of the front-desk, the GM - Mr. Nick Desai, went out personally and bought a brand new coffee maker and brought it to the room himself - this is exceptional Customer Care and doesn't get much better than this ! Almost all of the staff at the front desk are quick to respond and are warm to the guests. The house-keeping staff are great at their work, they are dedicated to keeping your room at its cleanest. They are extremely caring and wonderful people. Room for improvement : *Breakfast definitely must improve. Everything served is pre-packaged, microwaveable meals. Freshly cooked food would be a great improvement. *Rooms are cleaned only once a week. This could be improved - for at least guests who are living long term, twice a week cleaning would be highly appreciated. *There are a few guests who are smoking **** all the time. Sometimes the elevators, the corridors and even my room had the smell of **** wafting all over. *There were a few nights with drunken brawls happening at the patio of the hotel, there have been people passed out on the patio couches and bench. Management must take strict action to avoid such incidents on their property. *There are a few staff members at the front desk who do not live up to the reputation of this hotel, they are very slow to respond to you, they speak to you like they are doing you a favor and there is one particular lady employee who is extremely condescending each and every time you speak to her. She is a terrible let down to this wonderful property. Overall - this property is simply EXCELLENT and above par from most of the hotels in this category. Great management by the GM and 90% of his team at this hotel ! It has been a pleasure staying at this property for 2 months and I look forward to being back for my next long stay here at the earliest !

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Facility was in line with the price. Nothing amazing, but at the same time, in great condition. Importantly, the whole place felt clean, bright and well kept up. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was better than Holiday Inn Express, especially if you like breakfast sandwiches (they have a variety) or homemade Belgian waffles. Hide-a-bed sheets and pillows were already in the room for us, which was a nice surprise. Free bottles of water available 24/7 in the lobby. It was really better than most hotels at this price point. Also there is an entire shopping and dining open-air mail right next door. Extremely convenient. My only issue was the parking, of which there isn't a ton. We had to park across the street at another hotel, which wasn't a huge problem. Just odd that there wouldn't be enough parking.
