Everything was clean, the breakfast was very good, the heated pool was awesome. Great value for the price. We've stayed here before this trip and would stay again.

First night the pool and spa was fine . Second night it was filthy. Brown bubbles in the spa and stuff floating all in the pool and big globs of hair in both. And in the pool the second night people were smoking and a couple was even doing inappropriate things in the pool with atleat 10 or more kinds in the pool with them and there was no staff watching cameras I guess to see any of this going on and no staff ever came into the pool area to check on things even once . The pillows on both beds had these weird orange stains and one of the mattresses did as well. The pillows were very flat and lumpy which made it hard to sleep . The ac until leaked the entire time which made our floor very wet . Halls were extremely noisy into the night and the second night there was even very loud instrumental music playing at 11pm . Breakfast and kick back food was lukewarm at best . We heard other guest complaining of the cold food as well

I was looking for a hotel close to friends in IL and saw this Drury. I had no prior experience with the chain but decided to give it a try - and I am glad I did. During my stay I interacted with 3 different people at the reception and everyone was equally friendly, not rushed and explained the hotel’s amenities as well as the neighborhood very well to me. The room was clean and the hotel offered elevators at different points so that there was no longer wait time. I was pleasantly surprised about the price - value ratio, esp including the food options the hotel offers being included.

The bath towel had a LONG strand of hair on it that I didn't find until after I started using it! There was a cover for a disposable razor left on the bathroom sink. So I much DUST had accumulated between the bed and night stand. It was thick, layered and looked like it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed around the nightstand in a while.

We REALLY REALLY Enjoyed This Hotel & Closeness To Everything I Went To Ulta , Ross 6mins, We Went To The Movies 11mins Away.. Restaurant Was Across The Street.. The Staff 20/10 Very Knowledgeable Of Different Programs Kick Back & Drink Cards Breakfast Hours.. 20/10
