I chose this hotel because it provided airport pick-up service. I arrived in the early morning, so I called three times to confirm. The staff said it was okay. But when I arrived and called again to request a pick-up, they told me that there was no driver to take the order. I chose the airport pick-up hotel because I was worried about this. I was very anxious with my children at the time, so I had to rent a car in the end, and I had never driven in the snow.

The room was very warm, the front desk staff was friendly, breakfast was provided, the airport shuttle was very convenient, clean and sanitary, the room had a microwave which was very convenient for heating things, I would consider it next time

The hotel has an airport pick-up service, which is very important. In a small city like Fairbanks, Alaska, it is dangerous to rent a car personally in the ice and snow. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport for the convenience of customers.
