Il Podestà

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! While passing through Fabriano with my dad for 2 nights, we had the option on the website to book a room with 2 single beds and breakfast for 2 for the 2 days, there were only double beds and no breakfast. The apartment is very well located but the cleanliness is really poor, the floors, windows, bathroom, shared kitchen, towels... everything is dirty! We arrived around 11 p.m. because of traffic, so we weren't able to take advantage of the owner's explanations about how breakfast works and other things, but she didn't leave us any information in the apartment, we were completely alone when we arrived. We only spent one night out of the two because, beyond the more than questionable cleanliness, I heard noise in the apartment during the night, I didn't pay attention to it at the time, thinking that other people had arrived late because of traffic, except that when my dad got up (before 6 a.m. because he had slept very little and badly) there was absolutely no one else there but the two of us! So I think I dreamed the noises I heard last night. The daylight revealed the extent of the dirt and while I was taking a photo to make this review, my father noticed that an object that was on top of the kitchen cabinet when we arrived was no longer in the same place and it wasn't me who moved it. My blood ran cold and we left as quickly as possible. Fortunately we found a perfect B&B, with a very pleasant welcome and staff, ideally located in the center too, impeccably clean, with a more than generous breakfast with good products... for the same price!!

A little disappointed. The reservation said breakfast was included, but it didn't. The house was simple, but had everything you needed. But it's centrally located and the staff were very attentive.

B&B localizzato a pochi passi dalla centrale Piazza del Podestà, è una struttura molto silenziosa, accogliente e spaziosa, perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi attrazione o la stazione ferroviaria

Delusione Esperienza terribile letto scomodissimo stanza fredda. 2 ospiti x una notte avevamo a disposizione un solo asciugamano x la doccia uno x il viso una da bidè è la prima volta che mi succede x nn parlare poi della doccia che aveva l apertura addosso al bidè 40 cm x entrare dentro e uscire sarebbe stato meglio mettere su un box doccia a soffietto.... insomma esperienza negativa

Il palazzo in cui si trova la struttura è in sé bellissimo, il B&B è stato ricavato da un grande appartamento posto al 3 piano. Peccato che però la stanza (mi è stata data la blu) fosse orribile: la porta non chiudeva bene, la stanza era lugubre, in bagno non c’era neanche un ricambio di carta igienica, era stato lasciato il rimasuglio degli ospiti precedenti… davvero terribile, tant’è che ho chiamato il gestore di un’altra struttura che per fortuna ha trovato un posto per me e sono andata via lasciando le chiavi all’ingresso senza aver toccato nulla. Una pessima esperienza.

Struttura in pieno centro, camera ferma al secolo scorso, che basterebbe davvero poco per migliorare...Una cucina senza scolapasta, finestera senza una antina, un rubinetto rotto, la pulizia decisamente da rivedere. Un punto in più per la cortesia dei proprietari. Ricordatevi di avvisare del vostro arrivo 15 minuti prima, i proprietari non abitano della struttura ed evitate così di dover aspettare al portone.
