Ace Hôtel Travel Fabrègues - A9 Montpellier Sud ★★★

"Very poor experience. We have used Ace Hotels in France several times whilst travelling. This one was not very clean, 1 pillow each, had to ask for more which sent the receptionist on a hunt around the hotel to obtain more. This is situated within a very busy rest area of the motorway to Marseilles and yet there is no car park security to ensure your vehicles are secure. The bathroom was very small, the shower was very difficult to get in and out of, no hand rails to hold. The towel rail within the shower area was hanging off the wall. The security light which is obviously in the car parking area was constantly coming on during the night, which gave rise to the possibility that someone was lurking around the vehicles. The bed was not up to the standard of other Ace hotels we have stayed in. Got the feeling it had been another brand of hotel, taken over and just superficially refurbished. Very poor experience and one we will not repeat."

"It's a shame that this house is located on this domain. The domain is a shelter and many houses are occupied by refugees or people who do not have money to live in a normal home. We were robbed and our car had to be towed to Belgium. I live in Maasmechele"

"The service in the attic room was so bad, almost no one was there. When I arrived at around 6pm, the front desk was closed and no one was there. Fortunately, my local friend came with me. He is a local and helped me contact the hotel and take the keys out of the box. Also, the wifi didn't work at all. If you don't speak French, I suggest you don't stay here. I really couldn't find any other hotel to stay here."
