Hotel Exe Plaza is located near Madrid’s newest business area, towards the northern end of the city. From the hotel to the business area takes about 10 minutes by taxi - or 15 by public transportation - . One of the positive aspects of its location is they Plaza Castilla is a transportation hub with three metro lines and several buses terminal stations.
The hotel is very much business oriented, with comfortable bedrooms and a good wifi connection overall. 
The most disappointing part is the gym, a small room with only a few machines and some of them broken, need to reserve in advance with the reception counter so they ensure it is not too crowded there.

Before returning home, the last night of the stay, I still chose the hotel here. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. It is very friendly to people on business trips. The weekend price is very cheap and it is recommended.

The location was close to the metro station. The staffs and cleanliness also were excellent. I recommend this property to everyone

Very nice hotel! Super friendly, customer friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Fine room with good bed. And, for me very important, very quiet: no noise load from outside and from the other rooms! Also super: no music, not at the reception, not in the breakfast room. 
A little far from the city, but bus 161 stops before the door (buy in a car in a station a UF map and load 10 rides there. NB in Madrid you pay not by distance/time, but by ride and crossing is often necessary).
A few improvements:
- the restaurant was not open for lunch and dinner during the winter season, which was not reported at the shopping room. Not pretty. Well room service with very limited and fairly priced possibilities.
- The fruit at breakfast was not mature, so it was not eating.
The older receptionist was unhappy to check out, he took a phone call and, while talking to the other, he managed my business, he didn't say anything to me, a deterrent because the real receptionists were just as kind and polite.
All of the hotel I'm going back to: very customer friendly and quiet!

The best thing about this hotel is the location is very good! The corner of the building is the main commercial street, where you can eat, drink, and have fun. It is a few minutes away from the Royal Palace of Madrid, Plaza de España, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel Market, and Puerta del Sol. It is just around the corner, supermarkets and restaurants. There are so many, there are Chinese restaurants in the next few steps down the road, it is so convenient! The hotel itself, we booked the parent-child room is the largest, there are 32 square feet, the room is big enough. Unfortunately, the facilities are a bit old, but the downstairs is so convenient, you can ignore them. The big sister at the front desk is still very simple. If you have friends, you will still recommend it!

The overall experience is good, hygienic, plenty of hot water, suitable indoor temperature, but the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell, and the price/performance ratio is very high

I have to say that the breakfast at this hotel is pretty good. 
But the service is so-so. English at the front desk is OK

On the day of check-in, I encountered them cleaning the water pipes. They told me that I would be able to take a shower in ten minutes. I waited for a full 3 hours before hot water started to flow. 

During this period, I kept asking the front desk, and he finally showed off his cards directly. He didn’t know how long he would have to wait😢😢😢😢

When the water was turned on at first, everything was yellow😥😥😥🥲🥲🥲
It took almost half an hour to put it clean.
It feels like I'm doing housekeeping service for them

It's a magical experience

The hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.

The room is big and the inside is okay, but the bed sheets are a bit old, and the rest are gone. I didn't eat breakfast. I don't know what to do. I left in a hurry.

We spent four days in Seville and really liked this hotel.
Great location. We only had breakfast and everything was great, as there was everything you need, and most importantly, the hotel was clean.
The hotel is very large, with many rooms. At night, it's beautiful with the entire facade lit up.

The only things that could be improved are:
The pool, a bit small for the size of the hotel, but the pool towel service was great; if there weren't any at the time, they replaced them right away.
Overall, I recommend it... and Seville is a 10, except for the heat in May, haha.

Excellent! Service, cleanliness, very comfortable rooms, and the restaurant is excellent. I highly recommend it.

The stadium seems to stop working at 7pm on weekdays, and there will be noise when the windows are closed. But what is more frustrating is that I stayed in one of the detachable family suites, and the guests next door were still watching the news at 9/10pm. The noise was quite loud, and the sound insulation needs to be strengthened. The bathroom is actually okay, but the bathtub is a bit narrow and not a standard size. If you are big, it will be difficult to turn around. In addition, the water pressure of the shower is not enough, and the water temperature cannot be kept in a comfortable range for me. The hotel needs to increase the pressure. The above problems may be that the hotel and the stadium belong to the same building, and some facilities are shared, so they cannot be renovated. After some time in the evening, the road from under the bridge to the hotel will be blocked by the police. You need to communicate with the police to enter, so it is best not to stay out too late.
Overall, it is suitable for temporary residence, because the room area and hygiene are comfortable, and the bed is also large, soft and supportive. I hope the hotel will get better after the renovation of the stadium.
