這家酒店管理真是有大問題。
我們入住了三天，第一天入住時把房型搞錯了。我們定的雙床給了大床。搞得拖着行李來來去去折騰。到了週末生意也確實好，結果第二天housekeeping沒跟上，我們四點回到酒店都還沒整理房間。最後要命的是，等回到家意外發現酒店“偷偷摸摸”從我的預授權里扣除了135.44美金。
現在請攜程溝通協調，他們辯解是“按金”，但我們都知道按金都是預授權，不會出現在銀行的對賬單上。好在他們説最後會退回的。老天，也還好我算細心，看一下銀行賬單，不然真就是悄悄過去了。
話説這種事情發生在美國，酒店沒有其他責任嗎？不需要賠償？
現在錢還沒退，説還要10個工作日以後……

The king room with a couch was very comfortable. The Hotel was quiet and rest was possible. Great Laundry facilities. Staff accommodated my family's desire to have adjacent rooms.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent stay at your hotel. My experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect, and I feel there are some significant issues that need to be addressed. Specifically, I had a frustrating interaction with a supervisor named Mercedes. The situation was handled in a way that demonstrated a lack of product knowledge and effective problem-solving skills. This suggests a need for more comprehensive training for management staff to ensure they are equipped to handle guest issues professionally. It's clear to me that the quality of service and overall experience at this hotel has declined. It's not the same as it used to be. I am disappointed and, as a result, will not be returning in the future. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve your guest experience.

Very nice place - lobby and bar were very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Also it was VERY quiet! The shower was awesome for a hotel, I loved that the handle was on the opposite side so you can let the water heat up without getting blasted by cold water. Very well thought out.
The gym (although I didn't have time to use it) looked nicer than many I've been to with a good mix of cardio machines, free weights and what looked like a cable machine. The pool and hot tub were also very clean.
Literally seconds to the freeway for our trip home to Portland... will definitely stay here again!
