I was getting ready to rate this hotel a 5, but in the end I couldn’t. Why? Primarily due to the condition of the bathroom and lack of hot water. The faucet in the tub wouldn’t stop dripping. The faucet was so loose in the wall that it pulled out of the wall almost an inch. It took a while to get hot water for my shower and it eventually came,but then no matter how much I adjusted the shower valve, the water kept getting cooler and cooler. I barely had enough time to quickly rinse myself off while the water got cooler. It was barely lukewarm by the time I was done. Otherwise, our stay was very good. The breakfast was quite good. Lots of variety and dining at the tables in the atrium was very pleasant. The hotel pool was quite large!

The koi ponds and just the relaxing atmosphere was just what we needed after driving all day. Hot tubs and pool were also a nice touch. We did do some laundry. And the only thing that I could say wasn’t told was the washer on our floor was out of order. Slept good. And ate well the next morning. :)

Very pleasant
All the staff except for one guy were very nice and helpful.
Breakfast was less than desirable. Same every day, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy.. No options for someone with restricted dietary needs.

We really loved this place! To the point we wanted to look into doing more in Wyoming on our next trip to the glacier park just to stay here. It was the perfect place after several hikes and hours of driving

Really interesting place to stay. Very clean, very nice and quiet. Beds comfortable, has fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Restaurants close. Close to the highway but can’t hear it. Just a really great place. Check in was fast, friendly, informative.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and every time especially this time the staff was great and very helpful as well and the room and property being amazing. The staff at the front desk during check in were very kind and helpful especially when i needed to make a few changes to my booking. The rooms were very clean and welcoming, the beds so comfortable giving some of the best sleep I've had. The pool and hottubs are refreshing and relaxing, And the breakfast is some of the best for hotels. All in all the environment is welcoming, relaxing, family friendly and gorgeous.

Beautiful, rustic ambiance. Room was clean, comfortable, and continued the rustic charm. Easy access from I-25. Highly recommend!
