Overall, the staff was friendly, clean, and not bad. It was convenient because there was a shuttle to the airport. (Free, tip option) However, there was no luggage storage service, and the connecting room was noisy.

I walked in to the hotel with a bag and the front desk guy asked me if it was food and I told him No.. He never asked if I was a guest and told me that I could not take the bag up to the room. Even though I happened to be working.. I am still a customer..Kindness goes a long way.. Especially now they are working with Envoy… Would have been nice to ask if I was a guest before being aggressive with people.. Just remember.. You NEVER know who is walking in your door…

Nadie limpia tu habitación durante tu estancia, se supone que debes hospedarte más de 3 días para que puedas solicitar la limpieza, después de eso lo solicite durante 3 días más y nadie atendió mi solicitud. Se negaron a sacar la basura de los baños, porque necesitaban autorización del supervisor, quien nunca autorizó al parecer.

Made up $5 “reservation fee” charged at the front counter. If you book using third party apps like Priceline then be prepared for this made up fee to be charged to you. I am surprised that they didn’t charge for parking. Quadruple pricing in their market for a soda and cookies. Over $8 for 16oz Coke and small bag of cookies.
