Längere Zeit nicht mehr dagewesen und ist das Gasthaus in gepflegtem Zustand . Die Kellnerin war aufmerksam und wies mich gleich darauf hin, das es kein Reisfleischmenü mehr gibt. So orderte ich einen gemischten Salat als VORSPEISE und dann die Schwammerl a la Creme mit Knödel. Leider wurde das auf einmal serviert und ließ ich das Menü warmstellen sozusagen. Beim Augenschein des Salates ist mir gleich die trockene dicke Gurkenscheibe aufgefallen und habe ich die Vermutung, das der Salat schon am Vormittag vorbereitet wurde. Dressing ist ja dann sowieso immer Geschmackssache, irgendwie und sowieso. Überrascht war ich dann über den Brennheißen Teller, den ich ohne Warnung serviert bekam, wobei selbiger nur auf einer Hälfte so heiß war. Ob die Schwammerl a la Creme, Pfifferlinge oder eine Mischung waren, konnte ich auf Grund des Dominanten Salzgeschmackes leider nicht beurteilen. Es war aber mit dem Knödel in Ordnung und bekam dann "auf Haus" auf Grund meiner Reklamation den Espresso Gratis. Beim Gespritzten um 4,30 Teuro hätte ich mir zumindest einen anderen Grundwein erwartet.

Preis Leistung ist top. War schon öfters hier. Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Kann man nur empfehlen! Küche ist sehr gut, sowie das Service! Frühstück läst keine wünsche offen. Komme immer wieder gerne her. Nähe zur Stadt Salzburg ist auch ein großes Plus.

Wir waren heute Abend zu zweit im Restaurant. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und direkt platziert und mit einer Speisekarte versorgt. Aktuell sind Backhendl Wochen. Man kann sich eine Beilage dazu aussuchen. Das Backhendl war knusprig, zart und saftig, einfach lecker. Das zweite Gericht war ein Cordon bleu, aber nicht gefüllt mit Schinken und Käse, nein viel besser. Die Füllung bestand aus Speck, Zwiebeln und Pfifferlingen, einfach göttlich. Durch das schlechte Wetter haben wir nur die Gaststube gesehen, die aber sehr gemütlich und traditionelle eingerichtet ist.
