The staff were great! My partner and I had to move to another room because our room smelled like smoke. The other room had a leak in the bathroom and it was water all over the bathroom floor and the cover had stains on it. I feel like the property can use some upgrades and new linen. Overall the staff was great with accommodating us and making us feel comfortable. The bed slept well. We enjoyed the restaurants being in close proximity. I can foresee us staying again in the near future.

Everything was good. But, the pool and gym were closed down. Nothing was advertised about that before hand.

As a domestic travel agent I booked this for a customer. She told me that First of all, she was unable to get into the room she was originally assigned, so she was given a room right next to the office. This room was nasty! The carpet was dirty, the arms on the cloth chair was so dirty she did not want to sit in it. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom. A pool was advertised but had been closed and she was referred to a community center pool. Also a free breakfast was advertised, but it was not free.

At checkin the staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quite.

Okay for the price
Hotel is very dated but clean. I came into town just for the night and it served its purpose.
Walls are really thin so I heard all of the coming and going during the night.

Service was excellent but room was dirty had cat hair everywhere. The bathroom door had hair all over it.

Not a good stay
Staff at the front desk was not very friendly and the floor in my room was not clean. The floor had sand on it and my air conditioner in my room did not cool very well.
