Very simple interior, there are no sofas to relax in the lobby, and what is there should be thrown away, everything is worn out, looks old, breakfasts are bad, cheap cheese, no choice of meat dishes, only sausage. Not tasty. Very strange for 5 stars, it is obvious that they save on everything. We went specifically to a 4 and 3 star hotel, they look better inside than in a 5 star hotel. Отдыхали с друзьями в апреле !замечательный отель ,разнообразные и вкусные завтраки ! Расположение очень удобное ,рядом канатная дорога ,и вся инфраструктура курорта . Сотрудники встречают уже на улице, приветствуют, предлагают помощь с багажом ,что очень удобно На седьмом этаже шикарная терраса ,с прекрасным видом!

Хороший отель! Все всегда замечательно! С отелем связаны только самые теплые и приятные воспоминания! Приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Чистые номера со всем необходимым. Баня и джакузи на крыше. Хорошая шведская линия на завтраки! Вернемся еще много много раз!

Тут не то, что есть недостатки, этот отель - ДАЛЕКО не 5*. 1. Заселяют в плохо убранные номера. На окне - следы от носа, губ предыдущих гостей… Горничным кажется это нормальным. На подушках пятна и длинные волосы от предыдущих гостей. 2. Заселяют в номера, в которых есть дверь в смежный номер, не предупреждая об этом гостя. Расчет «на дурака». Безопасность «на высоте». 3. Сам номер уставший, не современный - ну никак на 5* не тянет. Душ протекает. 4. Сотрудницы ресепшен не заинтересованы в своей работе. Стоят с каменными лицами, которым до лампочки, устал гость или нет, толком ничего не объясняют, каждую информацию из них приходится выпытывать. В итоге: отель - тихий ужас с невнятным сервисом. Не рекомендую категорически: это переплата денег. Буду поднимать вопрос о ю об обмане потребителей.

Да это просто лучший отель на Розе. Без компромиссов. Сервис, чистота, завтраки, персонал, кухня - всё на уровне. И вообще - Рэдиссоны в России это вам не Рэдиссоны в Европе. Кароч - каши вы в Розу и есть немножка денег, то только в рэдиссон. Даже до подъемника довезут!

Были с семьей в марте 2025. Отдыхали и катались все очень понравилось. Сервис на уровне. Впечатлили завтраки, очень понравилась кухня ресторана, номера чистые и уютные. У нас был номер с видом на реку, каждое утро наслаждались горными видами и восходящим солнцем. Великолепная СПА зона и мастера массажа, особенно понравилась мастер Любовь. Отдельно отмечу администратора спа зоны Ольгу, помогла с выбором услуг. Вернемся в отель снова

Были с семьей в фаврале этого года на отдыхе. Отель очень понравился. Прекрасные завтраки, отзывчивый персонал, чистые и уютные номер, рядом с канатными дорогами. Особенно хотелось отметить зону СПА центра, понравилась терасса на улице с джакузи, уютная зона для чаепития и отдыха. Отзывчивые администраторы спа центра Особенно понравилась СПА программа у мастера Любовь После катания Любовь смогла максимально проработать все проблемные зоны и расслабить все тело Обязательно вернемся в отель снова
