Ramada by Wyndham Estevan

Cons: our tv did not work and they ran out of coffee in the morning before 7:30 Morning breakfast had a good variety of, but again no coffee

Good service upon arrival, clean facilities, good breakfast with varied options, good location. Overall, we thought it was a good hotel. Recommendation: They should invest in refurbishing the building's facade; at first glance, it appears to be a poorly maintained hotel. I recommend it.

I booked for a 2 night stay. Was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Firstly, I was booked in a mobility assisted room by mistake and tried to get moved to a regular room in case some guest would require this room. The Hostess at the desk at check in seemed really confused on how to do this, so I told her that if a guest were to require this room, I would gladly move. Additionally, I heard another guest ask the same Hostess for recommendations of where to eat and she said she would not recommend anywhere in Estevan to eat. I am sure these tired travellers did not appreciate that answer. Train your staff folks!! Secondly, after returning to my room after a 15 hour work day for my second night, my key card would not work. I had to get the Hostess to reprogram it. Then, upon entering my room, I found it exactly how I left it in the early morning. The bed was not made, the coffee was not replenished and no new towels were there for morning. I was too tired to make a fuss and just tried to get some sleep. When I went to check out on the 3rd morning, I noticed a sign that stated that housekeeping only cleans the rooms every 3 days. Huh?? When did this become the norm? If I knew that housekeeping was sporadic before I booked a stay, I would have gone to another property. Hire some staff folks or let people know this BEFORE they book with you. Won’t go here again.

Frustrated by the stay at this Ramada. Room was missing both the fridge and microwave. Mentioned this at checkout and no solution or comp offered. The desk agent was nice but just left to feel like it was my problem that the room was deficient. I’ve stayed at a number of Ramadas but this one was one of worst experience.

Room furniture might need an upgrade. Spacious room with good setup and appropriate tv size. Every room may not have all amenities - I had to request for a microwave

A great experience. Very friendly staff & clean rooms. A definite stop for me the next time I'm in Estevan.
