When I checked in I was first waiting around 7 to 10 minutes while a staff member was standing not doing anything in front of her terminal. Then when she checked me in she gave me a room that was already occupied and wasn’t even the kind of room I booked!

We loved this place and works stay again. Staff was friendly and very efficient. Full breakfast was very nice with lots of choices and easy on those of us with food allergies.
I would suggest better lighting in the washroom and USB plugs for phone charging.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. Great breakfast, comfortable bed and a clean room. My issues were when we arrived we were demoted from my booked king bed to a double queen which didn’t make a lot of sense considering how few people were staying at the hotel. The bed was comfortable but incredibly small. And the rooms are so outdated. There wasn’t a single USB port to plug our phones in. We rarely tote out wall outlet chargers and simply pack the USB cord because we haven’t come across a hotel that didn’t have USB chargers. We were surprised to say the least.

It was a good stay but trying to be transparent was not a true accessible room. No transfer chair. No place to put your shampoo or soap without bending down. Also no where to hang clothes in bathroom. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean and the staff pleasant. But our toilet was non functional and shower was difficult to get to drain. They also closed the pool for an inspection at the only time we could have used it.
