We stayed here while hiking in RMNP. My friend and I had a cabin with 2 bedrooms, living/dining area and a small kitchen. We looked out over the creek, which was lovely, and had a furnished & covered front porch. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the whole cabin was spotlessly cleaned and the beds were really comfortable. The creek was wonderful background noise when we sat outside or had a window cracked. Loved the easy on gas fireplace too. This location is a quick drive or a not too long walk into downtown Estes Park and easy access to the park. A great choice - we would definitely stay here again!

Two of us stayed in a king suite for two nights in one of the newer buildings and were totally impressed. Lovely decor in the sleeping and sitting area with an amazing bath. The kitchen is very small and suitable only for small meals. Storage for personal items is a bit short. But the lovely balcony and location made up for any shortfalls. We would stay again for sure!

Loved my stay at The Inn on Fall River. Room was very clean, all the necessities were provided (micro, fridge, toaster, plates, cups, etc .). Less than 10 min from park entrance and just far enough away from the busy, crowded town center (5-10 min away). I loved the river outside my back patio too. I will definitely stay here next time I visit!

Multiple visits to Estes, first time staying here and I’ll NEVER stay anywhere else. I stayed in a King suite and it was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom rivaled the best I’ve seen. I love it and can not wait to be back!

The inn on Fall River has some fine gray. The suites are very ice and comfortable. The new suites promise to be amazing. The large newer cottages are also very nice. Some of the older cottages need serious upgrades to be getting a high rating. Overall I give this property a 4 for the new construction and general upkeep.
