Good stay breakfast was good

11月份德國杜塞爾多夫參展預訂的這個酒店，比住杜賽便宜多了。每天8點半出發，就算堵車9點多點兒也能到展館。能夠免費停車 ，車位充足。入住的時候前台下班了全程在機器上自助Check in，房門密碼一定要記得拍照留底，房間門是密碼鎖沒有房卡的。房間比我想象的要大一點兒，大床房很舒服。德國冬天一直陰冷，每天都下雨，房間也不潮濕。酒店後面是居民樓，前面是馬路，離得較遠，沒有噪音很安靜。旁邊還有一個漢堡王，距離1.5公里左右是當地最大的購物商城，裏面連鎖超市，各種品牌應有盡有，非常方便。早餐12.5歐元一位，品類不多但也足夠。明年還會繼續預訂這個酒店，很方便。

房間太小了，如果兩個人帶大件行李根本放不下。我們是提前半月預訂的，比到了以後的價格高了一點，有很多年輕的學生入住，早餐比較鬧騰。

B&B應該是德國的連鎖經濟酒店，好幾個城市都住過，預算有限但又想住現代化酒店，可以考慮。房間很安靜，睡得不錯。

Avoid this hotel. They engage in mismanagement, deception, and unfair trade practices. At busy times, they overbook their hotel and if there are not enough spontaneous cancellations, they start calling off guests themselves. In doing so, they cancel the guests with the cheapest rate first, not the guests who booked first. I was in town for a business trip and I heard five days before departure that my room was cancelled, even though I had booked a full year before. At that time, all other hotels were also fully booked. I tried everything, but they did not listen and pushed their way. Their offered ‘alternative’ was 25 km away and due to the late hours I have to do, not a serious alternative. They got me into quite a mess but they don't care about their customers. Money is all that matters. Don't go here!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this hotel. I was under the impression that their hotel cost 65 euros per night. Unfortunately, upon arrival, it turned out that we had to pay 95 euros. If the facilities were in order, I would have accepted that. However, it turned out that the hot water did not work during our entire stay. Additionally, there was no possibility for breakfast that morning. I made several attempts to contact the hotel. After a few attempts, I received a response. The option offered was a refund of 9 euros. I found this to be very inadequate. I am dissatisfied with my experience at the hotel, as well as with how complaints are handled afterward.

The hotel is part of the B&B chain, so you know in advance what you might expect. Rooms are basic but clean. And definitely OK for a night or for a couple of nights, they have a private bathroom, TV and climate control. Car park is available in front of the hotel (free of charge). The hotel is located just outside the 'Stadkern', it's a ten minute walk to the Limbecker Platz shopping center.

This is a nice, cheap simple hotel about 10 mins walk to the city centre. The big attraction was the large number of free car parking spaces, and what feels like a very safe area Rooms are OK and clean, and fairly cheap. Breakfast is relatively cheap and can be paid for on the day. If I was in Essen I'd happily stay there again.

Unspeakable treatment, experience never experienced (fortunately), in many years of traveling abroad. 2-night stay for business, booking made (knowingly) with overnight stay only. After the first night, I have breakfast, stating the room number. It was pointed out to me that breakfast was not included. I reply "fine, I'll pay for it (obviously!). Result, in the evening I return for the second night, and I can't access the room, because the 6-digit code in my possession no longer seems to work. At the reception, they tell me: yes , the code has been changed, because the breakfast was not paid for. At this point, I maintain my fair play, but inside myself I think: but how are these things here? Are the extras no longer paid at check out? pay extras from time to time? They're afraid that I'll run away without paying (even though they have a room already paid for, credit card details, company details...). Crazy stuff! I would have liked to leave the hotel at that precise moment Shameful treatment.
