15 mins drive from airport. Perfect room for kids. Spacey enough. And there’s some facilitates for kids around.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. This hotel provides free shuttle bus for pick up and to Airport. Very Good and Convenient for early flights.

one of the worst hotels I have ever been into. I traveled to many places in china But I can tell youfor sure this hotel is going to die very soon in hotels comparision. Dirty Dirty and Dirty. Breakfast is a disater as they dindt even have tea to serve. Coffe machine was jamming because nobody had enough time to clean it..... Dont go there

Unique design, pretty refreshing. The toilet bowl is cool, full automation with self-heating seat etc. My kids are so impressed. The water temperature for the shower is kinda unstable though and due to the design, without a full length door, it's pretty cold to me. Due to the early flight, I wasn't able to try the breakfast though it looks like there'll be a wide variety when I view the restaurant from outside.

The hotel is extremely beautiful and clean, with great stuff members. We were just sad that the pool was under renovations during our stay

The hotel room is very design-conscious and clean. The breakfast is buffet style. The housekeeper Beibei also provides very good service. She upgraded us to a children's room and sent us mung bean soup in the evening. It's very considerate.

The Bear is very nice and the service is friendly. The design of the bathroom is not very reasonable, and the water can easily flow into the living room. A driver came to pick me up at the airport, which was a 15-minute drive and came at 1:00 a.m. I like the overall decoration style. It is troublesome to wash clothes and you have to go to the next building. Several hotels are in one building

The hotel is very good. Every photo you take is very photogenic. The kids love it here. I have to say that the hotel is very considerate. They arranged a housekeeper, Miss Beibei, to upgrade our room type and give the kids a big snack package. The kids were very happy. Any problems were solved in time. When we came back late at night, they sent the mung bean soup cooked by the hotel to our room. It was really heartwarming when we returned to the room. The experience was very good.

We booked a family room with a slide, and the kids loved it. Thank you very much for the thoughtful care of the housekeeper Wu Beibei. She prepared toys and snacks for the kids as soon as we arrived at the hotel, and responded promptly during the stay. The overall stay experience was good, but the only drawback was that the hotel had a baby banquet at night and did not accept guests for dinner. But a blessing in disguise, we had very delicious roast beef in the tree house outside.

Very warm, very comfortable, and cleaned very well. The customer service lady Wu Beibei was enthusiastic and professional. It felt like home away from home. I will look for her next time I come to a meeting!
