New Orient Hotel is the best for us to stay for short get away, we regrets that we stay only 2nights, the staff Miss Jenny is very helpful to us, like booking the car to visit marble mountain, hoi an,, most of the staff in new Orient hotel are friendly, we love their rooftop bar specially the manager on that rooftop bar, the bar tender, is worth to stay in this hotel, value for money, the buffet breakfast is awesome. Thanks Miss Jenny😘

My sister and I booked the hotel for 3 days, was in a great location! Staff was so friendly and super accommodating and the hotel was beautiful.

Very satisfied with the hotel. Facilities: The hotel was opened before 2020. It is not new, but it is well maintained. All kinds of daily necessities are available. There is a very comfortable balcony where you can watch the night view and enjoy the breeze. It is good. Hygiene: Very good, clean and tidy without dust, curtains and carpets are also very clean. Service: The front desk was very kind and explained the usage time of all facilities and spaces in detail. Due to the problem of the balcony door lock, the housekeeping department and engineers were asked to deal with it. They all had a good attitude and did not put on shoes directly when entering. This felt very attentive. . The breakfast selection is average, more Western style, with a hollow floor, which is a rather special design.

If the weather is not too hot, it is within walking distance to tourist attractions such as the Pink Cathedral and Han Market. The accommodations are spacious for the price, so I had a comfortable stay! The rooftop is nice. However, the only thing I was disappointed about was that there was no air conditioning in the fitness room, or that it was not working.

The room is spacious and nice. You can see the mountains, city and river. The staff is also very friendly. There is a famous Madame Run nearby, about a 3-minute walk away. However, you can't watch YouTube on the TV. It's good that the shower and toilet are separate, but there is no door to the ceiling, so evil spirits can get out. The ventilation fan is weak. There are two washrooms, and you can take out your bathrobe from the bathroom. Also, for some reason, the rooftop pool closes at 2pm. Most hotels are open at night, so you can sit by the pool and enjoy the night breeze, but this hotel requires you to order at the bar at night before you can even sit on a chair by the pool. Even guests can't do this. It's pretty stingy. There is nothing nearby, so it's not a good idea to go for a walk. The breakfast was pretty tasty, with a good view from the venue. I was also going to Madame Run, so one night was enough.

The waiters Rose & Johnny are very friendly and have a serious work attitude and are sincere to customers. There are many local delicacies near the hotel, and it is also close to the local market where you can buy a lot of local food and goods. It is adjacent to the cruise ship pier.

The hotel facilities and pool were clean, and the staff service was excellent. However, one thing that was unfortunate was that from morning until late at night, there was a constant noise that I couldn't tell if it was the sound of drums or instruments. If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend that you reconsider. The staff service was always the best with a smile and a friendly greeting.
